At American Suiting, we provide a straightforward return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure a reliable and comfortable shopping experience. All products are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after an order is placed; therefore, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed once production has started.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Requests made after the return window cannot be accepted.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Approved refunds are processed as direct refunds, not store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers must provide the return shipping label.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sizing Issues

  • Because sizes are reconfirmed after ordering, full refunds may not apply for sizing-related returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
  • Our team may request photos, measurements, or additional details to assess sizing concerns.

Product Condition

  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds cover the product price and applicable taxes only.

Change of Mind

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
  • If cancellation is attempted after this period, a 35% production fee will apply.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Address

  • Products must be returned to the same production unit from which they were originally shipped.
  • Refunds are released once the return is received and verified.
