Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 Hours: If you decide to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it, just send us an email. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 35% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Please note that once an order has moved into processing or has been dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed.
• If Shipped: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed. However, you can still take advantage of our 30-Day Return Policy after receiving your item, as long as the request is made within 30 days of delivery.
